She has successfully rolled out numerous workplace-strategy, interior-design and change-management endeavors, partnering with clients from all industries to ensure their spaces align with their cultures and business strategies.

Jamie has a keen insight into how the physical environment impacts employee productivity and wellbeing and also how space can support organizational goals and create efficiencies. Her expertise includes strategic occupancy planning, workplace design standards, master planning, alternative workplace strategies, space programming, staff outreach, leadership engagement, space-utilization studies, visioning, benchmarking, mobility program roll-outs, strategic communications, and change management. As Director of Workplace Strategy, she expertly guides her team to bridge gaps so that organizations can understand the complexities of incorporating technology, place and people into long-term real estate decisions.

As Senior Principal and Global Practice Leader for Syska Hennessy Group, Val Loh leads the firm’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) and smart-buildings practice. He has extensive knowledge and more than 25 years of experience in the technology-consulting and engineering-design industries. Val’s experience includes technical and managerial expertise for a wide array of both international and domestic multidisciplinary technology projects with specialties in multimedia/audiovisual tech, unified communications, control and command centers, wireless systems, smart-building systems and more. Val is also an active member of the Syska Hennessy Group community and sits on the board for SHAPE, Syska’s diversity and inclusion initiative.
