Laurie Hutner
Executive Vice President, WB Wood 

Laurie Hutner began her tenure at WB Wood in 1980 as an Account Manager and Furniture Specifier, working with corporate accounts and their respective A&D firms. In 1985 she became a Corporate Business Unit Manager and oversaw a team dedicated to mid- and large-sized corporate accounts. By 1998 Laurie was an Executive Vice President at WB Wood, and to this day, is a valued member of the Executive Management team as well as a mentor to her fellow co-workers and outside the organization.

Laurie’s focus continues to be in business development with corporate end users, design firms, and the real estate community in addition to overseeing projects with her team. Some of her most recent projects include Arch Insurance, Major League Baseball, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Wells Fargo Hudson Yards, National Hockey League, NY Presbyterian ACHWN, and the New Dawn School.

In addition to Laurie’s day job, she devotes her time to serve on the CoreNet Membership Committee, IFMA NYC Programs Committee, WX Mentoring Committee, Special Olympics Dinner Committee, the SHARE Pink & Teal Event Committee, YMCA NY Development Committee, St. Francis Food Pantries Women of Valor, and YMCA of NY Development Committee. She also serves as Vice President of her coop’s board of directors.

Laurie’s family has always been the center of her world. She has been married for 31 years to her love, Benjamin. She is a proud mother to daughter Marnie and son-in-law Craig, and she is head over heels for her grandchildren, Brandon and Jordan.


Jennifer Wammack
Director of Outreach, BIFMA

Jennifer Wammack is BIFMA’s Director of Outreach, a role created in 2017 to enhance engagement with influencers of the commercial built environment. Since that time, Jennifer has been the organization’s brand ambassador – communicating BIFMA’s message as the industry leader in developing furniture safety, durability and sustainability standards that ensure product performance and inspire confidence wherever people work, learn, heal and play. Jennifer holds a BFA in Textile Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a master’s degree in Management in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College.
