Jessica Bogdan is part of Allsteel’s sales team, where she specializes in business development, including establishing new business relationships and promoting growth among its existing commercial end users, furniture dealer partners and the A&D community in the greater New York area.
Jessica has been in the interior-construction industry for the past 20 years. The first half was spent as a practicing interior designer, handling the design responsibilities of both retail and commercial tenant projects in New York City.
The latest half of her career has been devoted to all aspects of commercial real estate. An expert in interior construction product sales, Jessica also has years of project management experience and a solid knowledge of the latest workplace strategies for the tenants with whom she engages.
In addition, Jessica has been a member of IFMA NYC’s Sustainability Committee for approximately five years and the Chair of the committee for two years. During this time, she has spearheaded the Voice of the Tenant series, which aims to inform IFMA NYC’s tenant members and the construction industry at large about the NYC Mayor’s Office’s Climate Mobilization Act and the plan’s energy-reduction and GHG reduction goals. The committee provides useful tips and practical advice on what tenants can do to protect themselves from fines while also achieving cost savings through efficiency measures.

Dr. Bruckner is an architect actively supporting best practices in both sustainability and wellness in design. As a Director at M Moser Associates, she brings her experience with urban integration, revitalization and design excellence to guide the development of the built environment at all scales.
Her focus is working with client and community stakeholders to encourage deep-dive investigations, coordination and sustainable best practices. As a LEED AP and BEAM professional, Dr. Bruckner is also an early adapter of the International WELL Building Standard and of the RESET Certification for Air excellence and benchmarking tool. She integrates her experience in architecture and engineering to lead M Moser’s global integrative design solution initiatives.

Anjanette Green has 17+ years of experience in Architecture and Design, advising on single- and multi-attribute building and material certification projects across the globe. Green is the director and co-author of the RESET Certifications Standards, the world's first standard and certification program utilizing continuous monitoring data to measure the health performance of the built environment. Green consulted on the first RESET Air projects in China, has since audited RESET projects the world over, and has been on the forefront of research and critical analysis of the health and well-being of building occupants for the better part of her career. In 2018 she was recipient of the Living Building Challenge’s prestigious Hero Award for her contributions to the International Living Building Institute. She is also accredited in numerous programs; LFA, Declare 3PV, LP Assessor, LEED AP ID+C, Fitwel Ambassador and is expert advisor to a host of think-tanks and consortiums; member USGBC IAQ WG, IWBI Air and Thermal Comfort Advisory group, IWBI Materials Advisory group, IIDA SF Judge, Long View Award 2019.

Miroshnikov is a Senior Sustainability Specialist with experience in sustainable design and energy-focused MEP engineering for commercial, cultural, healthcare and multifamily projects. He is skilled in project management, carbon-reduction targets and finding cost-effective design solutions. Miroshnikov is an experienced energy modeler for LEED, Energy Code Compliance, NYSERDA and overall design optimization. He has strong technical expertise in NYC Energy Code, NYC green local laws, ENERGY STAR, ASHRAE standards and building certification systems, such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, RESET, and Passive House.
Miroshnikov is passionate about data-driven design and integrating indoor air quality and other live building data to optimize facility performance; inform long-term capital planning; and improve occupant health, productivity and comfort.
