This webinar will focus on today’s competitive economy that is driving organizations to realize new ways to innovate and increase speed-to-market. To support their changing business needs, organizations are looking at more adaptable real estate options. It reduces their exposure to risk and can be a “just-in-time” or “consume only what you need” strategy. Over the years, co-working has evolved into variations on flexible work space incorporating private offices and other options to increasingly serve enterprise and corporate customers. This webinar will review in depth current trends that are evolving due to the current pandemic and other economic factors.

200 level CEU credits will be available upon completion of the webinar. If you are interested in receiving credit for attending this event, please enter your AIA member number when registering.
