This award is given to an IFMA NYC End-User member in recognition of their efforts and contribution in the development, implementation and/or maintenance and operation of a facility. This individual is highly regarded by their peers for their innovation and dedication to their company.
This award is given to an IFMA NYC End-User member that goes above and beyond to direct the design and project management of their company’s national or global facilities. This award reflects the ever-evolving and dynamic nature of facilities management.
This award is given in recognition of an original design in the construction of a new facility or a full renovation of an existing facility. Eligible nominees must have an IFMA member from either the Client, A&D firm, General Contracting firm, Project Management firm and / or MEP firm. Projects must have been completed within the last three years in NYC.
Please note, an individual can nominate up to one project.
This award is given to an IFMA NYC member Company that has demonstrated a commitment to environmental awareness through design, construction, manufacturing application and/or implementation of a sustainable program that will have a positive impact on the natural environment.
This award is given to an outstanding Facilities Manager who has been in the facilities industry for 5 years or less. This individual is highly regarded by their managers and peers for showing ambition, drive and innovation that exceeds expectations. This individual does NOT have to be an IFMA member.
This award is given to an End User Company whose company mantra encourages a healthy and happy work life balance for their employees. They may achieve this success through innovative approaches to their culture, technology, work environment or any other unconventional method of employee engagement. This company is recognized for adapting a unique company culture that has helped them stay ahead of the curve, positively impacted their employees, and is key to their overall success. This company does NOT have to be an IFMA NYC member.
